This website is run by Betty's Hair & Beauty, Packhorse Shopping Centre, King St, Huddersfield HD1 2RT. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

This website

The website has no forms or accounts. It doesn’t set cookies, store anything on your device, or use third-party tracking or advertising tools. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

To see how people find us and use the site, we keep our own simple, anonymous visit counts. They record which page was viewed or which button was pressed (such as Book or Directions), the time, the website you came from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and whether you’re on a phone or a computer. They don’t include your IP address or any identifier, so they can’t be linked to you. They are stored with Amazon Web Services in the UK and deleted after 400 days. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t record anything.

When you contact or book with us

If you call or email us, we keep your name, contact details and appointment details so we can book and manage your appointments. Emails to our addresses are forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare. For treatments such as microblading and tinting, we may also keep consultation notes and relevant health information you give us, so we can treat you safely. We keep these only as long as we need them for your care and our legal obligations.

We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email privacy@bettysbeautyhuddersfield.co.uk, call us on 07710 491298 or ask in the salon. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
